Description
A stereoscopic photograph showing a birds eye view of Los Angeles, Views of Los Angeles and Vicinty by O.E. Tyler, 18 S. Main Street, ca. 1883. The photograph was taken atop Fort Hill looking east. There are one story adobe structures as well as two story brick buildings, most likely commercial and residential. Further in the distance are rolling hills. There is an in ink inscription on the reverse identifying the image subject matter. With surface soiling and stains, arbasions along the edges, and discoloration of the image, the object is in fair condition.
