Description
A stock certificate for Southern California Home Builders, 30 December 1913. The item has a vignette of a "spirit of progress"-like figure standing amidst farms and orchards with the sun's rays emitting from behind her back. The document has the owner's s name, number of shares, date, and signatures of the company officers. The panel allowing for sale information is unused. With an edge tear, original vertical third folds and some edge rubbing, the condition is good.
