Description
A stock certificate from the Pacific Land Improvement Company, 1887. The unissued instrument was for the firm's real estate projects in greater Los Angeles, includnig Buena Park, Claremont, Fullerton, La Verne (Lordsburg) and Santa Fe Springs and the firm was the regional town building subsidiary of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, along which routes these communities were built. As unused, the condition is good with slight edge browning.
