The photographer stood on the sidewalk on one side of the street and captured several commercial structures, a streetcar in the middle of the thoroughfare, some horse-drawn vehicles, and many pedestrians. American flags are hanging from buildings, suggesting a date near the Fourth of July. With album paper residue on the reverse and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
