Description

A student's scrapbook from Ramona Convent, Alhambra, California, 1927. The item, which has a marbled heavy stock cover labeled "Happy Hours / My Book of / School Days", is loaded with photographs, programs, study material, letters, two diaries, drawings, tickets, invitations, souvenirs, inscriptions, and much more from the all-girls Roman Catholic elementary and high school, which Agnes Temple attended briefly a decade prior. Some items are tipped or laid in, the rest are glued down. The item belonged to 1927 graduate Ruth Conrad. With a partially torn spine, a soiled, rubbed and abraded cover and a variety of elements of wear to the contents, the condition is adjudged fair.
