Description
A studio portrait carte de visite of a young girl by Photographic Parlors, Los Angeles, ca. 1875. The girl, appearing to be about eight years old, sits on a rustic false stone wall and rests her arm on a rough wood item. She wears a silk taffeta, dark colored dress with a white collar. The studio cartouche is on the reverse and is that of Francis A. Parker. With some stains, soiling and edge abrasion, the overall condition is good.
