A cabinet card full-length studio portrait of a man by Brownsworth, Falls of Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, ca. 1890s. The man stands amongst a rustic backdrop with a false wood pole fence, plant material strewn on the floor and a painted landscape screen. He wears a dark suit consisting of a high-buttoned coat, vest, and trousers; black boots, white shirt, horizontal striped tie, and white handkerchief in his coat breast pocket. There is some soiling and matte edge rubbing, but the overall condition is good.
