Description
A studio portrait of actor Frank Montgomery by Frederick Bushnell, San Francisco, ca. 1907. The image shows the performer seated on a table, wearing a three-piece suit and tie and holding a hat as he was a stage actor in that city. He later went to Los Angeles and appeared in some of the earliest films made there before directing and marrying Josephine M. Workman (Princess Mona Darkfeather) through her stardom years in the Teens. With some dampstaining, warping, and soiling, the condition is fair.
