Description
A studio portrait of actor Helen Kaiser, Colegrove Studios, Buffalo, ca. 1925. The image shows the performer in what may have been a Gypsy costume with a scarf in her hair, and a lace-up print dress with looks like a silk slip or under-dress, while she is in a dance pose. The studio name and location are at the lower right. The protege of director Frank E. Montgomery had a brief Hollywood career in 1929-1930. With a missing lower corners and at the upper left, a few stains, slight warping and minor soiling, the general condition is good.
