Description
A cabinet card studio portrait of Pedro Antonio Orfila (1890-1981). The photograph was taken by Fanjoy Foto Co., Ocean Park, ca. 1910. Orfila stands with his armns crossed over his chest, wearing a dailor suit and hat. The backdrop is of waves rolling into the beach. The photograph is cut in an oval shape and pasted into an embossed edge cabinet card. Orfila was on the USS Dakota in 1910. Orfila is the grandson of Maria Antonia Dominguez (1822-1901).The photograph is in good condition despite the minor discoloration.
