Description
A studio portrait of Robert Palmerston Temple (1898-1990). Photograph by Stephens Studio, Spring Street, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. Temple is the son of Anita Ysabel Ester Davoust (1866-1942) and John Harrison Temple (1856-1926). He is depicted here wearing a full woolen suit and tie with a pin on his tie. His hair is cropped short and shaven on the sides. There is an inscription on the back of the folder, presenting the photograph to Delia Adelaide Hutchinson (1898-1973), signed by Temple. The photograph has been pasted into a light cardboard folder for protection. The photograph has minor silvering but the photograph and folder are in good condition.
