A tax receipt for the 1910 year to Walter P. Temple, stamped paid on 28 November 1910 and 28 June 1911. The description was or 32.20 acres, or 33, including a road, of the Rancho La Merced, this being the northern 2/3 of the 50-acre Temple Homestead. The valuation included $4,020 of real estate and $2,225 in improvements, with exclusion of a $100 piano as personal property with a total tax of $119.04. With folds, browning, creases, many small tears and soiling, the condition is fair overall.
