A telegram from George H. Woodruff to Thomas W. Temple II, 4 June 1929. In advance of an 8 June meeting to vote on a $200,000 indebtedness for the Temple Estate Company, the former calls to latter to resign so Charles Tandy can join board, vote, then resign so Temple can be reelected, because he could not be at the meeting, being in Massachusetts to finish his law studies at Harvard University.
