Description
A telegram sent by Representative Henry Zenas Osborne of Los Angeles, 21 August 1912. The missive, to Custom House port surveyor Duncan McKinley in San Francisco, asks for his support in Osborne's bid to be appointed superintedent of the federal mint there. With little evidence of wear, aside from some edge browning, the condition is good.
