Description
A tintype of an older couple taken in a studio setting, ca. 1880. The image was taken against a bare background with the couple seated. The man is on the left, seated with legs crossed and hands resting in his lap. He wears a suit and wide legged pants folded up at the cuff. He also has a full beard and side burns. The woman sits on the right with her hands in her lap holding a handkerchief. She wears a full length patterned dress, lace collar with a brooch at the base of her neck and her hair tied back. The item is in good condition with minor scratches.
