A tract map, No. 5485, J. D. and Asa Hunter Property, Los Angeles. The property was surveyed in December 1921 and recorded in county records in Map Book 13, pages 34 & 35, Lot 117, tract no. 4905. The map includes bearing numbers and was certified by Horack Taylor, a licensed surveyor. The map includes plots laid out along Newell, Knox, Blake, Denby, Coolidge Streets. The eastern border is the official channel for the Los Angeles River. The map was updated serveral times. The map was previously folded and includes crease marks, but is generally in fair condition with a minor tear at center and discoloration.
