Description
A view of a portion of the Hollywoodland subdivision, Los Angeles, ca. 1924. Taken from the base of a hill along a road, the image shows one newly completed multi-level residence near the photographer and several structures down at the bottom of the canyon, including the tract office. In the background are undeveloped portions of the tract with a street and streetlights and, further out, more of the Santa Monica Mountains. With creases, soiling and edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
