"A. H. Busch Tract, Tract No. 5011," Los Angeles, about 30 October 1922. The map shows a tract of twenty-eight lots between Wilshire Boulevard on the north, Seventh Street on the South, Vermont Avenue on the west, and Westmoreland Avenue on the east, with Shatto Street running through the center. The names of tract agents, information about zoning and leasing for some lots, and other material is at the top. There are inscriptions for sold properties, values for remaining lots, and a dated note at the bottom about commissions.
