"Abstract of Title: Ranchos Sausal Redondo and Centinela," 1885. The printed item, presented by Daniel Freeman, who owned much of the area, to J. S. Vosburg, who owned a section there, as well, contains a hand-drawn map of the Centinela and Sausal Redondo ranchos, listing three sections and their owners, including Vosburg, as well as the township coordinates and the section numbers. Following are transactions involving the two ranchos, from the initial land grants in the Mexican era to the 1880s, including the articles of incorporation and three transactions from the Centinela Land Company, of which F. P. F. Temple was President, from 1874-75. There is an index at the front of the work and an opinion on the abstract at the back, which seeks to sort out a wide array of people's interests in the Sausal Redondo. While the cover has some fairly heavy wear, particularly at the spine and edges, as well as scratches and denting, the binding is tight and pages clean, so the overall condition is fair.Lexicon
