"109. ACROSS THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY," ca. 1890.
Color: Black; White
In view is a porch with thin wooden floorboards used as flooring, and columns. A portion of a chair is visible at the far right of the photo. Looking further out is a well-manicured lawn with trees and a vast expanse of the San Gabriel Valley behind it. There are trees and a fruit grove, likely citrus. With significant loss along the left edge, heavy yellowing, tearing, it is in poor condition.
