Advertisement, "Back to the Farm" for La Fortuna Farms, Los Angeles Herald, 4 October 1913. The item contains much information and an image touting the agricultural possibilities of the 2,000-acre subdivision on the Rancho La Puente in what later became Hillgrove and Avocado Heights. Reference is also made to the "Back-to-the-land" movement of the era and addresses and phones for the agents are provided. With browning, soiling, creases, and tape at the bottom edge, the condition is good overall.
