An advertising insert from "The Land of Sunshine," Vol. 3, Number 1, June 1895, edited by Charles F. Lummis and published by the Land of Sunshine Publishing Company, Los Angeles. On one side is an ad for real estate and professional opportunities. On the other are two ads, the top for California wines and the bottom for a small ranch near Los Angeles. Aside from slight acid stains and minor discoloration, the item is in good condition.
