Color: Black; White
A photograph of an aerial view of part of Los Angeles, 23 September 1928. The day was overcast, so little more is visible than a few buildings, open space, and what may be a river and an adjacent road. At the right is a portion of the wing structure of the open biplane. At the top margin is the ink inscription "Over L.A. taken by Stew" while at the bottom is "Stew's 1st ride 9/23/28." At the right margin is the inscribed number "146." On the reverse is a stamped number "02" at the bottom right corner. Other than slight yellowing, there is no wear or damage to the image, which is in good condition.
