Color: Black; White
A photograph of a section of Los Angeles from a biplane in flight, 23 September 1928. Visible is what seems to be the Los Angeles River and adjacent railroad tracks and a road. A wire from the wing structure of the open biplane is also visible. At the top margin is the ink inscription "Over L.A. taken by Stew" while at the bottom is "Fog made blur 9/23/28." At the left margin is the inscribed number "148." On the reverse is a stamped number "02" at the bottom right corner. Other than slight yellowing, there is no wear or damage to the image, which is in good condition.
