The thirty-fourth annual catalog of Aggeler & Musser Seed Co., Los Angeles, 1927. The front cover has the company name, location, title, and year at the top right. Below are images of several fruits and vegetables in color. At the bottom is a list of some items offered and an offer for seven vegetable seed pacakges for fifty cents. Contents include general ordering directions, an order blank, an introduction which also describes the location of the store, branch, and general offices and warehouse. Listings then follow, which generally include a description as well as prices for a packet and bulk sizes prepaid and not prepaid. Some of the listings have photographs next to them. In addition to seeds, there are listings for seeding and cultivating machines, mowers, sprinklers, rakes, other tools, fertilizers, sprayers and pumps, insecticides, egg-raising equipment, pet food, bird cages, calendars and other information for planting and growing food, and index, a second order blank, and, on the inside back cover, a planting calendar for southern California. With spine brittleness, staple tarnish, creases on the cover and some pages, cover soiling, page darkening, light cover fading, folds on the page corners, looseness of the bottom of the spine, stains, and small cover tears, the condition is generally good.Lexicon
