Description

AGNES TEMPLE AT THE WORKMAN HOMESTEAD, CA. 1924 Black and white photograph of Agnes Temple at the Workman Homestead, 1924. Agnes is shown wearing a white blouse, light-colored unbuttoned vest, dark tie, neutral-colored calf-length golfing pants, argyle socks, and dark open top shoes. See photo 310 for Agnes in a similar or same outfit. She stands on a grassy area in front of a large tree, whose lack of foliage indicates a winter-time photo. The area may have been the grassy area in front of the Workman House, with the view looking east--the photo is simply labeled "La Puente." There are some trees and a fence seen in the background, but no readily identifiable features. This is probably a reproduction. Donated by Temple L. Fatjo. The photo is in good condition with the lower right corner dog-eared but little wear detected. Written in pencil on the back "La Puente/1924" Number-Units: 1
