Description

Color: Black; White A black and white reproduction photograph of Agnes Temple standing next to a car near the Water Tower, ca. 1924. The original was copy photographed and the background from that work is visible around the image. The photograph shows Agnes, in a white or light-colored outfit, consisting of a cloche hat and jacket, standing next to a black car, the back portion of which is at left. Behind the car, but largely obscured by it, is the Water Tower. Part of one of the entry posts is visible as are two or three palm trees, but the white south wall of the tower is the only discernible portion of the building. In the far background at right is the second floor portion of the southeast wing of the Workman House, while between it and Agnes are some vaguely seen plants. With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
