Agnes, at center, wears a cloche hat, full-length coat, gloves, white hose, and heeled shoes. To the left is the right plastered pillar of the Water Tower entrance with a mill stone lying against it. Agnes stands in front of a wire enclosure fence. Two potted plants are seen on either side of the Water Tower door and a palm tree is just behind the fence. The photo, in mint condition, is from a negative owned by Ruth Ann Michaelis.
