Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of Agnes Temple seated in a chair in a dark room, ca. 1930. Agnes wears a dress or blouse and skirt combination, a scarf tied so that it hangs down the front of her outfit, and a beret tilted to the side of her head. A window, out of view to the left, lights the area where she is seated, but most of the room is in darkness, except for a window at the background. Because of this contrast in light, details are hard to make out, though there is a floor lamp at the right, and a low table with some objects on it to the lower left. At the center of the reverse is a stamp reading "ANDERSON / Photo Service / EL MONTE." Another stamp of the number "13 is at the lower left corner. There is some major water stains at the lower edge of the image, so it is in fair condition. Number-Units: 1
