Description

Book: "All To Myself" by Wilbur D. Nesbit (Chicago: P. F. Volland Co., 1925). Green and gold cardboard cover with the title printed on the front cover. Title is embossed on a thin gold metal plate shaped like a shield which is glued to the front cover at center. The text of 12 pages includes a poem that is divided into five parts, each printed inside a multi-colored border. The same border is seen on the front and back endpapers. There is a single blank page following each section of the poem. The subject of the poem is "lost love" viewed in retrospect. Poem is highly sentimental. Interior pages are unique in that the poem page and blank page are attached at the outer edge. The front cover is slightly faded but the overall physical condition and appearance of the book is good.
