Description

Color: Black; Brown; Purple "Ambastone: An Unusual Natural Flagstone," issued by the Ambastone Company, July 1928. The 16-page booklet has a brown paper cover with the title at the center of the top. Within a square box at the bottom right corner is a line-drawing of a stone walk in a garden that leads to the front of a one-story cottage. All of the printing is in black ink. Purple thread binds the artifact at the spine and at the beginning of the inside is a foreword. Throughout the document are many black and white photographs which show the use of the stone in a variety of settings, designs, and layouts along with a brief description. At the back is a listing of specifications. With some creases and small dents at the corners, the object is in good overall condition.
