Description
An acoustic guitar once owned by Laura González Temple, ca. 1900. An acoustic guitar with a dark brown varnish. The object is missing its strings and two pins from its saddle. An inscription inside the body of the guitar reads "Quincy Junior." A colored illustration of two kittens is present on the back of the body of the guitar. Temple can be seen holding the guitar in a photograph that is part of the HM Collection (Object ID: 2022.3.1.52). With major cracks along the body, minor scratches, minor soiling on the tuning pegs, and minor abrasions, the object is in fair to poor condition overall.
