Description
An aerial photograph of downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas to the north, Spence Airplane Photos, 30 September 1924. The view takes in most of downtown as well as portions of those communities towards Elysian Park and to Glendale, Burbank and so forth. Looming in the distance are the San Gabriel Mountains. The photographer's name is stamped at the bottom right and ink stamped on the reverse, where there is an identification number, date and description. With slight warping, browning and soiling, the condition is good overall.
