Description
An affidavit from John H. Temple for the estate of Francis W. Temple, 15 April 1892. The first page attests that Temple was an executor for the estate and that his brother's will called for the care of their mother, Antonia Margarita Workman de Temple, and grandmother, Nicolasa Urioste Workman, but that both died earlier in 1892. Attached is a short note from Dr. R.T. Barr about Mrs. Temple's death from pneumonia and another from Dr. F.P. Cave that Mrs. Workman passed from pneumonia and old age. With folds, creases, small tears, staple rust and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
