Description
An Affidavit of Service, Azusa Township, around 7 June 1928. The printed document has the name and signature of township constable who served the process, the name of the defendant served, the date of servie and the fees charged by the constable. The nature of the case is not stated, but is presumed it was a civil one. With a horizontal half-fold, rust from a paper clip at the top center, an upper right corner creases, soiling, browning, and a few small stains, the overall condition is fair.
