Description
An agreement between Walter P. Temple and S. Boris Deutsch for the interior decoration of La Casa Nueva, 5 March 1924. Deutsch, a well-known artist, had already completed a painted mural in the auditorium that was one of the old Workman wineries on the Homestead. This contract did not specify any particular work on the home and it appears that Deutsch did not go on to complete any projects.
