Description
An album page with four photographs, hiking trip in Monrovia Canyon, ca. 1910. The album page is trimmed around the four photographs and location is inscribed in ink on the front side. On the front are two photographs: a group portrait (young men and women in a row, standing at the base of a hill on dirt and gravel ground) and two men with two women posing on the side of a rock outcropping. On the back are two photographs: a close up of a woman sitting on a rock outcropping and a mule or horse at the edge of a creek. The images are in good condition with minor creasing and surface soiling. The bottom image is moderately discolored. The edges of the album page are roughly cut and slightly brittle.
