Description
An envelope from the Al. G. Barnes Circus, Baldwin Park, ca. 1920s. The unused item has a color return address with the owner's portrait, an image of a lion riding a horse, the full name of the enterprise, "The Al. G. Barnes Big 5 Ring Wild Animal Circus," and the location of winter quarters in the San Gabriel Valley town. With a few light stains, a couple of creases and light soiling, the condition is good.
