Description
An exchange trip pass, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, 15 May 1918. The preprinted document has space for the passholder's name, account, place of origin, destination, date of issue and latest date of use, as well as an address and name of requester. A signature and a printed signature of company officials is at the bottom. The reverse has the passholder's signature and conditions. With a vertical fold, rust stains from a paper clip, and a hole at the upper left, the overall condition is fair.
