Description
An exclusive agency contract between Fidele Amar and Gurney D. Maple. 14 December 1915. The contract dictates that Mr. Maple will be employed as an agent by Mr. Amar for 60 days. In that time, Mr. Maple will attempt to sell Mr. Amar's property, lot 6 in tract 517 at Rancho La Puente, according to his terms of sale. Mr. Amar has priced the property at $400 per acre. Selling the property will be Mr. Fidele's exclusive right until the contract ends. Mr. Amar confirms that the contract has been extended to June 14th, 1916. With minor foxing, creases, minor acid burns, and minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
