An invitation from President [Thomas] and Mrs. Davis of the Pasadena Army and Navy Academy to the Temple family for an annual faculty reception, 31 October 1919. The card noted the event was to be held in the Academy Auditorium at the school, located on the former Annandale Country Club in west Pasadena, and which included music but no dancing. Walter, Jr. and Edgar were attending the school at the time. With a badly torn upper right corner and extensive damp staining, the condition is poor. The item was given a treatment to remove possible mold spores, including UV exposure. It was segregated from the collection, bagged and stored in the West Building
