Description
An outdoor portrait of a large group, some possibly Davoust and Temple family members, ca. 1890. The group is gathered on the porch steps of a residence with a double door and brick facade. There are men and women of varying ages. The group is standing in three rows with three children to the right and a few adults cut off from view to the left. Identified are Francis Pliny Fisk Temple II (1887 – 1963), Maria Antonia Dominguez (1822-1901). The large format photograph has been mounted onto a thick board. The item is generally in fair condition, minor loss and creases at the corners, slight detaching of photograph from mount, at bottom, abrasion, foxing and staining to the mount board.
