Description
A cabinet card photograph, studio portrait of possibly Aida Micaela Davoust (1887-1947), ca. 1900. Almost a full length portrait of Davoust, the daughter of Maria Antonia Dominguez (1845-1916). Davoust wears a light colored, full length dress cinched at the waist and sleeves ending at the elbows, trimmed with a black ribbon at the collar. She is also wearing a cross on her necklace. Her hair is parted in the middle and tied in buns at the side. The cabinet card is roughly trimmed on all sides, the photographer's name is only partially visible, unidentifiable. The photograph is in good condition despite the minor loss of the top right corner.
