Description
An unmounted cabinet card photograph from Bunker Hill above Third Street, Los Angeles, ca. 1902. The view was taken from the top of the hill looking east and a woman in a white dress holds a dog and stands at a stairway at the left. To the right is a tower for the Angels Flight funicular railway, a portion of which can be discerned through some landscaping at the right. At the center and down the hill are portions of Third Street with streetcars, commercial structures, and other features. With photo album paper residue, light soiling and moderate abrasions along the edge, the condition is good.
