Description
An unused ticket for the play "Jan," Little Theatre, Los Angeles, 11 September 1917. The item has the theater name, play name, that of playwright John Steven McGroarty, the day and date, ticket price and other information. The theater, at 1320 S. Figueroa, opened in 1913 by Frank Egan, was also called the Egan and Egan's Little Theater by the early 1920s. It was renamed the Musart in 1933 and was closed and demolished at unknown dates. With some small stains and minor soiling and rubbing, the condition is good.
