The back cover has a map with directions on reaching the mausoleum, prices for vaults and cremation niches, addresses for the main office and Los Angeles office, and the mausoleum's telephone number. A stamp with the name of a special representative is at the bottom of the back and top of the front covers. The name of the printer is at the bottom right of the back cover.
