"Angelus Distinctive Homes: 100 Latest Designs," Angelus Architectural Service Company, 1923. The item is a catalog of stock plans for homes showing floor plans; photographs of the dwellings; prices for plans, specifications, and a material list; and the range of building cost. There is also material on the product, how to order, and construction notes. At the back are order forms and a plan sketch sheet. With considerable soiling, stains, and creases on the wrappers, and soiling and water damage to pages, the condition is poor.
