"Appellant's Brief," Alice W. Robinson vs. Edward Dougherty, Los Angeles District Case 136, Supreme Court of the State of California, 1895. The printed item contains the several points by Robinson's attorneys L. L. Boone and Gibson & Titus concerning a San Diego County court case involving the homestead of Dougherty which Robinson, as a creditor, was claiming. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
