"Appellant's Points and Authorities," S.L. Dewey vs. Frank Bros. & Co., Case 8119, Supreme Court of the State of California, ca. 1882. The printed item contains the points and authorities prepared by attorneys Brunson & Wells for Dewey concerning the sale of his business to the defendants and a claim for a balance due from an inspection of the books, a claim the defendants later rejected. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
