A black and white photograph of the arcade at Mission San Juan Capistrano, ca. 1920s. The image was taken from inside the arcade with the arches across the center ascending from left to right. The walkway's brick floor is at the left and across the foreground. Some plants line the bottom of the wall at the right where there is also a dirt field. Behind this is another arcade wall. Above the wall is a roof-top with ceramic shingles. Many tree-tops are behind the roof. At the top of the back is the number, "1339." The photograph was housed in Agnes Temple's album which is item 96.7.94.1 along with many other photographs which span 96.7.1.1-.93.1. Contact sheets 2000.159.1.1-.8 show the original positioning of the images within the album. With stains along the top and yellowing of the paper, the artifact is in fair condition.
